Last night The Doobie Brothers took the CMA Awards stage for the first time with lively performances of their classic hits ‘Listen to the Music’ and ‘Takin’ It to the Streets,’ featuring Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum, Hunter Hayes, and Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland.

This mega-collaboration was star-studded to say the least and continued with an encore performance after the last award was presented, bringing Michael McDonald on stage to reunite with the Doobies and close out the show with ‘Takin’ It to the Streets.’ The star-packed audience was on their feet and dancing along making the Doobie Brothers one of the highlights of the night!
